Dr. Todd Cahoon's greatest thrill is to see healthy beautiful smiles developed in patients who have suffered long time embarassment over the appearance of their mouth or lack of function due to missing teeth. He is a veteran of the United States Navy. Dr. Cahoon completed his dental education (Doctor of Dental Surgery) at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. Additionally, he completed a General Practice Residency (Camp Pendleton Naval Hospital), a Periodontics Residency (Wilford Hall Medical Center, US Air Force) and Masters of Biomedical Science (University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio TX). Dr. Cahoon founded Montana Periodontics & Dental Implants nearly twenty years ago with a philosophy toward exceptional care of patients. Dr. Cahoon is board certified in Periodontics and Dental Implant Placement. He says, "In my experience, the team approach results in the best functional and cosmetic outcomes. That is why specialty dentistry appealed to me. It gives me the opportunity to work collaboratively with a large number of outstanding dentists both in and out of the local area. My goal is to assist those dentists in providing smiles that exceed expectations."
